Terms of Service
What you're buying
Dear Guest Cards sells access to digital invitation designs. When you buy one you get an account, a customisable invitation hosted at a link we provide, and tools to manage your guest list for the length of your plan.
Access period
Each purchase includes 3 months of access. During it you can edit your invitation as often as you like and your links stay live. After it ends the invitation stops being publicly visible; your content is kept so you can extend and continue.
Payment
Prices are shown before you pay and are charged once, not as a subscription. Bank transfers are confirmed manually against our statement; card payments are confirmed by the payment provider.
Your content
You own everything you upload or type. You give us permission only to host and display it as part of the service. You are responsible for having the right to use photos of other people.
Guest information
Guest names and phone numbers are stored only so your invitation can greet guests and you can share their links. We never market to your guests.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to impersonate others, publish unlawful or hateful content, or send unsolicited bulk messages. We may suspend an invitation that breaks these rules.
Designs
Designs, artwork and code remain ours. You may use a design for your own occasion but not resell it or build a competing product from it.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the service running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the invitation concerned.
