Try before you buy
Every design can be built with your own names and previewed in full before you pay, so you know exactly what you're getting.
When we refund
If your invitation does not work as described and we cannot fix it, or you were charged twice, we refund you in full.
Wrong design?
We switch it instead of refunding. A design of equal or lower price is a free switch; a more expensive one costs only the difference.
When we don't
Change of mind, an event postponed or cancelled, or after links have been shared. Talk to us anyway — we would rather extend your access than leave you with nothing.

Email support@example.com or message us on WhatsApp. A person reads every request and replies within 2 working days.
